Mr. Jones’s academic qualifications includes, dual Bachelors of Art degrees in Psychology and Legal Studies, Master of Science in Criminal Justice, Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Sports Business Management. He earned the Professional Researcher Certification (PRC) from the University of Georgia, Market Research Institute International (MRII), Market Research Association (MRA) and ESOMAR World Research.

Mr. Jones’s professional experience includes government, business and sports organizations. He has worked with the City of Miami, Tampa Bay Rays, CMG Corporation among others. He is also a Professor of Business Management, Strategic Planning and Market Research.

The research interest of Mr. Jones focus primarily on marketing and business strategy issues; consumer insight, product demand & preference, price elasticity and competitive intelligence; especially market position mapping and branding issues. Mr. Jones also focuses on minority product consumption and service utilization research.
