The Approval Process
We require your approval at every stage of the process to ensure that you will be satisfied with the final product. We will therefore submit the initial design for your feedback and when all requested changes have been completed and you are satisfied, we will request approval to move to the next stage. Once the development begins we will provide you with a private link to our development server where you can see the website under construction. You may review the development being done and submit feedback.
When the final work is completed based on design and technical specifications, we will require your final payment to publish the website to your domain. After payment is received the website will be published to your domain.

- Prior to showing of any design layout, no questions asked, or
- Before 3rd round of revision request.
- Applicable to all plans.
Refund Restrictions
- This Refund Policy is applicable to all purchases made on or after September 1, 2010 only.
- Full Refund is not allowed once three rounds of revisions are requested.
- Refund must be requested within 15 calendar days from date of order.
- Refund not applicable on domain registration fees.
- Refund not applicable for express service clients.
- All Refunds must be requested in writing stating the reason for the refund.
