Leon-Lee Roberts, President

About our President: Leon-Lee Roberts possess a diverse background with experience and qualifications in several areas including over 20 years in sales and marketing.  

He has served as Regional Director of Henkel Adhesives, Regional Marketing Director of Schwarzkopf/Dial Cosmetics, Sales Manager of Enron Energy Services, Marketing Director REIP The Rewards and several other positions.  He is also an Adjunct Professor at Everest University (formerly Florida Metropolitan University) where he lectures in Marketing, Advertising, Internet Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Public Relations, International Marketing and other business and marketing related courses. 

He holds an MBA in Marketing, MS in E-Commerce, and BS in Management and Accounting. He has also participated in various international seminars covering topics such as Strategic Planning, Internet Marketing, Motivation and Leadership.  Leon's experience and training will definitely help your company accomplish it's goals.

Rob Page, Website Designer and Developer

Rob Page has over 10 years of website development experience. Working with several startup companies in the late 90’s through ’03, Rob built and designed some of the first automated websites on the internet.

Specializing in website design and flash development, Rob has led multiple teams on various sized projects for hundreds of businesses across the globe. Over the years he has acquired invaluable skills in website development and management, website programming, internet marketing and search engine optimization, as well as team leadership and small to large scale project development and management.

Working closely with national marketing companies and local development firms, Rob has built some great relationships with clients in all business types, and helps shape the future for businesses old and new every day.

Novia C. Blair, Client Strategy Manager

Novia Blair has worked over the years on various development projects for start-up and long standing companies, grants and non-profit organizations. She holds a Masters of Business Administration,  Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Science, an Associate in Biblical Studies, and a Diploma in Computer Networking.

Novia is an organized individual with a strong work ethic, task & detailed oriented; a team player, and is highly motivated with strong communication skills. She has extensive experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, FrontPage, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word), Outlook, Lotus 1-2-3, WordPerfect, Windows 98/2000/XP, Network Administration and Website Design.

John E. Thomas, Client Strategy Consultant

John has a vast experience in Sales and Marketing in various industries and will help you accomplish your goals by developing effective strategies to help you grow. John’s experience includes; Sales Manager – Automotive Industry Car Sales and Car Care Products; Sales & Marketing Manager; IT – Networking; Telecommunications. John also holds a Diploma in Management Studies and Computer Science.
 
John is a Qualified Google Professional and his key responsibilities are to meet with clients to determine goals for building websites, marketing growth and establish a clear path to success. He provides strategic insight to develop long and short term execution plans for new and expanding search campaigns, develops, tests, and analyze key words, descriptions, bidding strategies and landing page URLs to maximize results, drive volume, and reach company targets.
 
In addition, he oversees the execution of and measures the success of online marketing efforts, specifically in regards to search marketing campaigns. He also manages tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs to improve overall campaign performance. He prepares management reports and insight as needed.
 
With this information we influence conversion rates through messaging, promotion, and landing page optimization. His role is to continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of online campaigns hence ensuring the timely adjustment of marketing strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
 

Shirley Alava, Search Engine Marketing Specialist

Shirley is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science in International Business at Everest University and holds a Certificate from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Also, she is a Qualified Yahoo Ambassador. As a Search Engine Marketing Specialist she works effortlessly in ensuring client success and growth.
 
Shirley Alava is an enthusiastic individual who is confident, a team player and very organized. Shirley has worked in various capacities as an Office Manager and Supervisor in the Real Estate Industry and Business Field. She is highly skilled with using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook), Internet, and Windows Packages. She speaks English and Spanish fluently.
